Terms of Use

All audio/video recordings on the distrct6aa.org website or our @district6 YouTube© channel are for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution and commercial use are not permitted.

Personal Use

Guidelines for acceptable use:

1. If a download button is available, saving a single copy to your device for later use is acceptable.
2. You are permitted to provide web links to District 6 pages or materials, including recordings. This includes links from other websites, in emails or texts to other members (such as to sponsorship groups), and links in private social media groups.

These usages are not allowed:

1. Recordings must not be uploaded on another website, posted in social media or distributed to other persons. As mentioned above, you are permitted to provide web links to District 6 pages or materials instead.
2. Recordings may not be used commercially, including direct sales, availability by subscription or appearing on an advertising supported platform.
3. Recordings must not be edited, modified or excerpted in any way without the permission of GSR District 6, Inc. and the person or persons whose voices are heard in the recording.

Images on the District 6 website

1. The District 6 website uses original photographs of our displays and in the banner. These images should be treated with permissions and restrictions similar to the recordings mentioned above.
• These images may be used by District 6 trusted servants in District 6 presentations. District 6 trusted servants may also use these images in emails or private group social media posts for the purpose of informing A.A. members about General Service or District 6 and its activities.
2. The District 6 website also uses images of covers of A.A.W.S. publications as defined in their content use policy. Use of these images in any way contrary to AA.org's Terms of Use is not permitted.
3. Other images on the District 6 website are in the public domain or have creative commons licenses. While some of these have been customized by and for District 6, they are not restricted by District 6.
4. Flyers announcing District 6 meetings, events, conferences or assemblies are meant to be distributed and printed with no restrictions.
